Join fellow vinyasa teachers from across our Utah yoga community for an afternoon devoted to connection, creativity, collaboration, and continuing education.
This six-hour workshop is designed for teachers who want fresh inspiration and greater confidence in the art of sequencing. Together, we’ll explore the structure, creativity, and endless possibilities of building a vinyasa yoga class—while learning from the experience and perspectives of other teachers in the room.
Rather than simply being taught another sequence, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate, exchange ideas, ask questions, experiment, and create alongside one another. Whether you’re looking to break out of a sequencing rut, discover new approaches to familiar postures, or simply spend time immersed in conversation with other passionate teachers, this afternoon is an opportunity to evolve your teaching while strengthening our local yoga community.
Bring your experience, your questions, and your curiosity. Come ready to contribute, learn, move, create, and leave with new ideas you can bring directly into your classes.
